This year we are offering a very special retreat: the Self Revelation Retreat, ATMAN.

The Self is the godly spark that lives within each of us. It is the direct reflection of God, the most sacred and pure part that lives within our being. This spark is patiently waiting to be fully revealed - and to return Home. This is the deep aspiration of our souls, and the ultimate destination of any authentic spiritual system. 🕉

The revelation of the Self, ATMAN in Sanskrit, is the goal of the spiritual practice of the yoga and tantra yoga system. 🙏🏼

The retreat, which is for students only, will be coordinated by yoga instructor Albanelin Iftimi and will feature a programme rich in spiritual examples, techniques for revealing the Supreme and Immortal Self ATMAN, methods for deepening communion with God, and practical ways to evolve spiritually. ✨

This retreat is a unique opportunity to offer God first place in your life, immersed in the depths of your spiritual heart and thus living in a state of silence and deep introspection. This retreat is designed to help you reach the Self - who you truly are. So that you may receive the Divine Grace of revealing your true essence and becoming aware of it. ❤️

The venue where the retreat will take place

Our retreat will take place in a rural setting in the Alenquer area. The venue is located in a rural area and has a beautiful view of the Portuguese countryside. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city and is the ideal place to meditate and commune with the wonders of nature. We have a long garden and field for meditating and practising yoga, with green space to regenerate. 🌳🍃

The space offers you all the necessary conditions to spend a week immersed in silence, reflection, moments of deep inner realisation and amplification of spiritual aspiration. 🕯

Retreat conditions

👉🏼 The retreat will be offered in English and Romanian language.

👉🏼 Our retreat is for students only.

👉🏼 The early bird price of the retreat includes three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) that are ovo-lacto vegetarian, as well as accommodation in shared rooms during the seven days of the retreat.

👉🏼 In our retreat centre, it is forbidden to consume meat, fish, alcoholic beverages or any type of narcotics.
